#Tasks
- Establish and align project leads and business owners on a common agenda with regards to end-to-end program objectives (scope, timelines, expected business results)
- Establish an operational program structure allowing for ongoing transparency of program progress vs plan
- Guide setup of effective processes for typical program activities, such as risk management, issue management, etc.
- Develop and execute an effective communication strategy within the program, but also to external stakeholders
- Ensure planning and preparation for all required life cycles of the program, including rollout, launch preparation and post-launch phases.
#Requirements
- Proven communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels (technical engineers, department leads, C-Level, Works Council, etc.)
- Proven track record of successfully leading large scale programs (multi-year, involving 100+ FTE)
- Experience with program due diligence and re-structuring programs which require re-adjustments to achieve their objectives
- PMO setup & operation
- Agile methodologies, certifications preferred but actual implementation experience required

- Language: Professional fluency in both German and English (C1)
- Min. 5 Years Experience working in the Energy industry
- Min. 5 Years Experience dealing with large scale IT programs
