We are looking for a strategic Marketing Manager to drive user research, market analysis, and actionable insights that inform business decisions and shape impactful marketing strategies. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market plans, define product positioning, and accelerate user growth and engagement.
This position requires the unique ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, driving both long-term vision and immediate results.
Your Tasks:
- User Research & Market Insights: Lead user research and market analysis to inform product strategies, improve features, and drive user engagement and adoption
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, working closely with sales, product, and cross-functional teams to define positioning and deliver impactful messaging
- Campaign & Program Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to meet objectives and ensure timely delivery
- Stakeholder Management: Lead cross-functional communication, manage competing priorities, and provide strategic updates to senior stakeholders
- Brand & Product Positioning: Define and communicate product messaging, ensuring consistency across all marketing channel and collaborate with creative teams to align marketing content with brand standards
- User Engagement & Growth: Leverage insights to improve user retention and engagement
- Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor junior team members, foster an inclusive team culture, and support new hires in their onboarding process
Your Profile:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience: 3-8 years in product marketing or brand management, ideally in tech or consumer-facing roles
- Consumer electronics experience is not a must but nice to have
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics
Skills & Qualifications:
- Brand Management: Expertise in brand positioning and strategies to drive engagement
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Experience in executing go-to-market plans with sales and product teams
- Campaign Management: Knowledge of the full marketing campaign lifecycle from strategy to analysis
- User Research & Insights: Ability to lead research and use insights to influence strategy
- Data Analysis: Strong skills in analyzing data to inform marketing decisions.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience managing stakeholders and aligning priorities
- Consumer Behavior: Deep understanding of consumer behavior and its impact on marketing
- Storytelling & Communication: Strong communication skills to craft compelling messages
- Leadership & Mentorship: Proven ability to lead teams and mentor junior members
- Very good proficiency in German and English
