Aufgaben:
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to colleagues, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly and effectively.
- Troubleshoot and support Windows, MacOS, and Ubuntu clients.
- Collaborate with US-based IT specialists for Level 3 support escalation.
- Manage and maintain IT assets, including inventory and asset tracking.
- Assist with IT procurement processes, including sourcing and ordering equipment.
- Support identity management tasks, such as user account creation, modification, and access control.
- Document processes, solutions, and troubleshooting steps in Jira and Confluence.
- Ensure all IT support requests are logged, tracked, and resolved within agreed SLAs.
- Provide clear and concise communication to end-users, ensuring a positive support experience
Profil:
- Proven experience in IT Support (Level 1 and Level 2).
- Strong knowledge of Windows, MacOS, and Ubuntu operating systems.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for documentation and ticket management.
- Experience with IT asset management and procurement processes.
- Understanding of identity management principles and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
